Clean Energy Finance Bill Approved Unanimously by House Committee

Big news! SB1212, the Clean Energy Finance Bill requested by the City of Charlottesville and subsequently amended to allow any Virginia locality to participate, passed the House Committee on Commerce and Labor today by a unanimous vote! This bodes very well for passage in the full House of Delegates and then adoption by a House-Senate Conference Committee, before heading to Governor Kaine for his signature. There's light at the end of the tunnel!
