Black & Veatch

The City of Charlottesville has been engaged with an engineering firm named Black & Veatch to explore a more cost-effective and environmentally-friendly solution for our water supply. Amazingly, 20% of the world's population that's on public water is served by a water supply system designed, constructed or supported by Black & Veatch. These people know what they're doing. Black and Veatch is a TOP DRAWER highly respected world wide engineering firm. Leonard Sandrich should beinterested in what they have to say. Why would he make his statements concerning the engineering of the RM dam BEFORE they return with their responce???????
