Another episode of my low-budget (OK, no-budget) but high-value public access TV show is now airing on CPA-TV Channel 13. This month's show features a discussion about the future of the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA), which owns and manages all of the public housing in Charlottesville. My guests are Randy Bickers, CRHA's brand-new Executive Director, and Amy Kilroy, Redevelopment Director for CRHA.
